It's great that Draco now has the opportunity to make decisions with all the facts. I love Brave!Harry! I'm glad that Hermione was able to get Draco freed and is going to help him try to do the same for his mother. The last part of the decree made by the Wizengamot "as long as he does nothing wrong again." worries me for some reason. There seemed to be emphasis placed on that part just by including that Draco barely heard the last words. I may be making something out of nothing, but I guess I will find out soon.
It's a sticky mess, but Harry no longer thinks that ignoring it will work.
Snape doesn't yet care about the wizarding world. He could live distant from the rest of the wizarding world for the rest of his life and communicate by owl with people who want potions, and he wouldn't care.

Wonderful chapter, though. I love your emotionally brave Harry.

This Harry has already faced some challenges in the past, which was why he could accept the kind that Draco and Snape are offering him.

Harry was just stating the facts, ma'am!

The Wizengamot is definitely watching for another chance to get Draco. But I think they would have done that anyway if they didn't get their way.

Harry has really put himself in the middle of such a sticky mess. Especially now that he's admitted to himself and Draco that he's attracted to him.
Ah, Severus. Here's his chance to redeem himself in the eyes of the Wizarding world and to Draco. I hope he takes it.
Great chapter.
