Poor Harry. I feel for him, not having guardians he can trust to protect him. I hope the only thing Greyback's attack was meant to do is scar him. I imagine the public wasn't going to have much use for a wielder of serpent magic anyway. Still I can't help but think this is related to casting at the cauldron.
Rents has certainly growth as a character...i think Dumbledore's "protection" was really limiting him.
And poor Blaise! This is a very hard universe to grow up in.
