I don't want LJ to be dying. But it is. And it's not me. It's most. True I didn't have time for commenting and reading, but knowing people are not here is kind of sad

Baa... I post 80% of things I have to say on Twitter. *facepalm* I should use my LJ more often, but somehow I can't get rid of the theory that says blog posts should carry some substance. :p Still, I have a very weird feeling that I'm actually one of more active people on my list. Peculiar. I don't like it. >.> Cooooome baaaaaack~ LJ needs you! :D
I guess for the time being I like LJ more than twitter. I just don;t feel the urge, need, or simply I don;t want to tweet anything. Only some replies and more important things. LJ on the other hand is like I write when I want and need to write, knowing no one really needs it or cares, but I still want to write. I don't have much time for others and don;t have enough patience for comments. But I guess I'll gotta fight it, for one evening or so.
Wow, I never thought you liked LJ much at all, to be honest :D I wondered why you disappeared from twitter. More and more people are pulling away from it; where the heck do they go? Currently there are, like, three persons on my timeline who still post something. The rest are all feeding content from last.fm, tumblr and the likes. :/
People on my twitter list don't stop, there still a lot of them and they are still tweeting a lot. Maybe that is just tiring for me, and I don't really wanna read it. It makes me sick. Livejournal is "sometimes" Twitter was "everyday" at least. I'm tired of internet life, I would gladly quit it. Facebook is better because I'm keeping in touch with actual people I know.
Ahh, so you're tired of people whom you can't meet in person easily? But when you say you don't have time for others you mean only Internet acquaintances, not real life people? Just trying to get it straight.
No, it's not going about meeting easily or not. I have friends in other cities who I can't meet easily, but these are not exactly Internet people. I mean people who I don't know, like Artifex girls for one.I'd rather keep in touch with people I have around me rather than in the Internet. And it looks like they started to think this was long before me. It's time to go easy on Internet life, and live a real life with real people. Being active on all that social services (except facebook and last.fm) makes me feel like I'm a isolated computer nerd. I want to stop it, if I can, same goes for fangirling, I guess.
And about the second - yes, that's mostly this case.
Why can't you keep in touch with both groups of people? Do you spend that much time with real life friends? Oh well, I guess yes. I suspect I would be spending time with RL people too, if only I could find some kind souls who would share my interests. XD
Because real people are much more interesting, even if we don't share the same interests. Now I feel like I wasted half of my life leading that stupid internet life. And i need to break free from it. Not entirely though.
