j-rock, pt. 1
Lately I've been listening to MASSIVE amounts of J-Rock. It's almost like I can't bring myself to listen to anything other than that. I don't know how EVER I could tell this music is horrible and I would never be able to listen to it. OMG, J-Rock is so awesome! It's true I don't like all the songs, some are better some are worse but in general the genre is so so so amazing ♥ I just can't stop. And strangely, since I started to listen to it I'm feeling so damn good, no matter what my mood is hard to bring down for long. I can survive (almost) daily headaches caused probably by ギルガメッシュ, I don't care, I prefer kickass mood and headaches, rather than average mood and no headaches.
The only tiny obstacle is that I can barely recognize the band that I hear (with playlist 'Japanese' put on shuffle), and for my favorite ギルガメッシュ I can't even match the song to the right album. EPIC FAIL. Let alone knowing songs titles. I just can't recognize them, I know I love them, but I can't recognize.
Yeah, that's only a small preview of what's going to happen here within a few next days. I just need the time to do all that writing / typing.
On the other though, I stopped a bit with watching anime. I still do watch currently airing series but nothing except that much. Is that the fact that: a) the amount of Japanese I need to hear / listen to is satisfied thanks to J-Rock, b) I can't stop listening to J-Rock which causes that I can't watch anything. Damnit, I'm even taking my iPod with me when I'm going bathing or showering (3rd generation iPod doesn't need headphones or speakers although with speakers the sound is a lot better, of course). What. The. Fuck. Srsly. It ain't normal XD
