It does not sound like Spanish, and if it is, I absolutely cannot understand a word, nor can I find the lyrics to that part of the song anywhere on the Internet. All lyrics start at the next stanza with "Miles de sombras cada noche trae la marea" ("Each night thousands of shadows bring the tide").
I'm retarded. I totally misread that quote. A less stupid translation (with punctuation that I hope is more suitable) follows:
"Miles de sombras - cada noche tra la marea"
"Thousands of shadows - each night brings the tide"
or
"Thousands of shadows - every night brings the tide"
