Pants!
koslorollo has brought it to my attention that Tin Man fandom has not yet been invaded by the pants game, which, IIRC, consists simply of finding quotations in which the substitution of the word "pants" for any other noun produces a felicitous new sentence. I seem to recall that it began in LOTR fandom with Boromir's passionate declaration: "Gondor has no pants! Gondor NEEDS no pants!" but I am more than willing to be corrected.
Anyway, because I am at work rather absent-minded, I only came up with a few, but I have great confidence in the membership of this comm to do much better. Here are mine:
"Question: reference to restricted pants. Answer: yes."
"Where I come from, freaks like you drive mini-pants."
"Come on, Tin Man, have some pants!"
