(no subject)
I'm at a friends house. A few minutes ago she was in the other room and I was trying to put her baby brother to sleep. At first I didn't want to and it was a bit of a pain but then he started getting tired. I picked him up and held him in my arms and he rested his head on my shoulder and I rocked him to sleep for about 10 minutes. My legs started hurting but I didn't care. Then when he was really quiet and wasn't moving I placed him down in the crib. Then he yawned and looked up at me (his eyes are beautiful and blue) and then he went to sleep. This probably sounds corny and all but that was really really sweet and I feel really funny right now. I really hope I can do that again someday when I'm older.
*Edit* What the hell was I THINKING!?!?!?!?! I dont one of those little brats crawling around all day!! GAH!!!
