Her breath visibly dissipating in the cool air, Lenna leaned back against the railing as she waited for a certain someone to arrive. The ocean brought in a mild chill, surprisingly warmer than what she was expecting. She smiled to herself softly while clutching the gift in her hands. It took her a few good days to complete, but the result was definitely worth it.
The Shoreline wasn't too crowded, seeing it was Christmas Eve, but there were still quite a few people outside enjoying the ocean view. Lenna took this chance to enjoy it herself as snow started falling, making the scene even more grand than it was originally. The Christmas lights brightened the area, brilliantly sparkling, though not enough to outshine the stars in the night sky.
Lenna took a deep breath, idly wondering when he would arrive for their... their... the thought of the word, "date," made her face flush. In other words, it would be their first outing as something more than just friends.
Suddenly, the crunching of snow sounded behind her, and she turned, only to smile.
"Looks like you made it, Vash."
