WHAT: It was their turn to clean up Chueca during the after-hours. It was past the witch hours yet one lonely soul remained and wept for these girls' attention.
Some may consider silence as something eerie and uninviting. Others find it delightfully peaceful. Alas, the mood of the environment depends on a person's breadth of knowledge of the setting and their faith. Elizaveta, who lived in Chueca, had something come up, leaving Nicoleta to pick up the pieces. Consequently, she swallowed her pride and dumped the night's plans to clean whatever the fuck the adrenaline-steered clubbers had left behind. She didn't complain much after the cute blonde, Chloe, volunteered to help out. Though she'd rather clean up the place alone, she would rather split the work so she could go home earlier.
The woman was wiping down the bar's illuminated counter and tried not to stare at the glare from the lights. As she was cleaning in gyrations with a damp cloth, she heard the wine cups rattle against each other, like chattering teeth. Nicoleta stopped and then scouted the area with her eyes, "What the---earthquake?"
Then the room felt a tad colder---down by 6 degrees, at least. "The room got colder..." she mused calmly as she walked over to the thermostat, "Hmm. Someone turned it off. This usually never happens-----unless." She shot the nearby Chloe a wide grin as her eyes were glazed with excitement, "Something or someone took out the volts from this device to rattle the cups."
Then she paused as she placed a gentle finger on her chin. Nicoleta muttered to herself, "I've heard stories about this place but this is the first time I've ever heard any movement..." How fantastic! Extraordinary! Wonderful beyond comprehension! It made her nerves tingle with the greatest delight. A ghost in Chueca? Heavenly.
