Who: Marie and Sindre
When: ASAP Thursday afternoon, 12 May
Where: Madame Maime's
What: A much delayed, but necessary, talk is had.
Sindre sighed as he worked in the back room. He had been putting off the talk he needed to have with Marie since she had returned. Between Johanna and Søren, he just didn't want to deal with it.
At first, she was still on vacation, so he didn't need to worry. And then he hadn't put any effort into scheduling them together. And he certainly hadn't sought her out.
But now Marie was back, Johanna was gone, and Marie was in the shop. No more putting it off.
Finishing up the piece he was on, Sindre stowed it away carefully before exiting his workroom. After first checking to make sure Marie wasn't with a customer, he pulled aside the beads that divided the fortunetelling space from the rest of the shop.
"Marie? I need to speak with you."
