Where: All over Liberty, usually lurking around a populated area.
What: Chai's overzealous efforts in spread the blessings for the Thai New Year~*+~*+
Rating: This could get ugly.
Chai had been preparing for this day ever since arriving in Liberty.
There were a few obstacles he had to overcome, last weekend's general weirdness being one of them. However, mishaps were a given. Thankfully he had been cautious enough to protect his own plan from himself by hiding his equipment underneath his stack of precious collectible idol posters which he would never harm in any state of mind. There was nothing careful planning could fix once he set his mind to it.
Finding water guns of a good caliber was another issue. So Chai had an arsenal of weapons shipped over from Thailand by his parents which arrived just in time on Tuesday the 12th. It was a close call that he overlooked until the day the package arrived. He was busy cleaning up the mess from the weekend after waking up with his pants missing and house turned upside down.
Years of experience on the roads of ข้าวสาร and สีลม practicing on foreigners that pass to hone his skill had finally found an application outside of Thailand. He had even carefully mapped his route around Liberty and topped his motorcycle with fuel for maximum efficiency. Snacks, basic necessities were also packed for the road.
It was only 1am on Wedneswhen Chai set off, woken by an alarm set on his Blackberry. Packed and prepared since the night before, he started his motorcycle and soon found himself on the road. Ready.
This was going to be a great few days of merit-making.
