Who: Gabriella and Linus
When: Sunday, January 23rd, afternoon.
Where: Gabriella's apartment.
What: Linus goes to visit his employer. Gabriella has a few questions that Linus may not have the answer to.
(
Yes, the talk. Like the birds and the bees one. )
"You're late!" She said, staring down at the boy pressed against her bust and pulling him away, quirking her head, "How long were you waiting out there this time? You have to just start knocking Linus, I'm not going to bite you."
Sitting him down on one of her white couches, she had to fix his hair again before gliding away to the kitchen. "What do you want to drink? We're going to be sitting for a while, try and look a bit more comfortable," she smiled, "Unless you're still scared of me Herr Linus~?"

"I apologize for keeping you, Miss Gabriella. I was just thinking." Without noticing, Linus began playing with his newly-fixed sweater sleeves; so that they now covered up to his fingertips. A nervous habit of the boy and he knew it.
His gaze moved quickly to Gabriella as she spoke again; heading into the kitchen. They were going to be sitting here for a while? Linus suddenly felt that this meeting was not like the others. Gabriella had something on her mind. That much was obvious. But what was it? "U-uhm. Nein, nein, I am not afraid of Miss Gabriella." He blinked, realizing he should probably get a drink if they were going to be there for a while. "I will just have a water, ( ... )

"So, Linus," she said, taping a small sip of her drink, red eyes never leaving the boy, either watching his eyes, the fiddling fingers or the hunching nervousness in his shoulders, "I've heard you're apart of a very... interesting production lately."
Oh yes. She would get to the bottom of this "Kira" business.

The metronome of her nails against the chair only made Linus worry more. Then he thought; was she going to fire him? His hands clutched at the glass of water as if he had been in a desert for days. What had he done wrong? As she spoke, Linus tensed up but then relaxed, almost all in one motion. The movie. She wanted to know about the movie.
"Oh! The movie? Ja, my good friend Kira asked me to do it, so I did. It is quite odd though. I think there are actually two guys fighting over my character." There was a brief pause, where Linus took the opportunity to look back up at his employer warily. "Kinda weird, huh?"

She smiled, plump lips teasing the edge of her glass. "How did it make you feel~?"

"W-well. It was just acting. So it didn't really bother me, I suppose." The young man took a long gulp from his water, making sure not to look at Gabriella like he had been just a moment before. He was terribly confused. What was she doing? The way she was acting and the questions being asked were just not normal. "Excuse me Miss Gabriella, but what do you mean by 'how did it make me feel'?"

Gabriella leaned back, flopping into her chair and giving a sigh of relief, brushing a hand across her forehead, as if that entire display of cleavage had taken all of her energy. Looking this good did take a lot of effort, truth be told.
"I thought you swung the other way for a while," Gabriella said, grinning and waving a hand at him, finishing her champagne and standing up, "but obviously not! You never hit on me or anything and I was curious if that was you just being polite or if you liked boys. Cleared that up so we're good to go."
Finding herself int he kitchen, she found a bottle of beer and cracked it open on the side of the counter, looking at Linus curiously. "So if you haven't been hitting on me, there must be someone else~"

With a deep breath Linus began to twiddle his fingers around the glass. "There is a girl. Her name is Ella, well Marcella. But I call her Ella. Sh-she's pretty and what not. And we date sometimes. Nothing has come of it though." He didn't mean to sounds so defeated. The relationship was a work in progress. The progress was just taking a while.

The Prussian woman hummed to herself. "But I guess she would kind of fit you. I'm just glad you're not into me, I'd hate to have to break your little heart Linus~"

Linus had adapted to Gabriella's habits by now. He knew that she expected men to fawn over her, which was fine. She was a beautiful woman. But as she had mentioned, she was far out of his league. And Ella was just...perfect for him. "Well, you do not have to worry about breaking my heart. Marcella will be the one to do that."

"And why is this little... Marcella going to break your heart? You're a sweet boy, you have a good and steady job." The Prussian tilted her head, "It doesn't make any sense unless..." The gears in her head start to turn. Surely Linus hasn't already gone that far with this new girl.
