Given that they only had less than two days left in Miami, they made sure to not stay inside for too long before heading out again. Another day at the beach, a quick shower, and off to dinner they went, the blanket all but forgotten. And it stayed that way even after they got back to their hotel room to finish the day, or night, off in, ah, bed.
With a somewhat sleepy yet pleased murmur, Emi shifted closer to Jared, her bare legs intertwined with his. She pressed a quick kiss against his chest as her arm reached out to pull the blanket further up. At the feel of a somewhat different texture, however, Emi paused, momentarily confused.
That...didn't feel like the comforter at all.
Pulling away from Jared, Emi sat up, the bed sheet and her currently mused and untied hair offering some form of modesty as she finally noticed what she had touched.
Only for her to let out a somewhat startled yell. The blanket. Oh, God, what the hell was it doing-
"Jared-!" She hissed, throwing the blanket at his head. "That isn't funny, damn it! When did you take this damn thing out anyway-?!"
