Who: the victim Chai, Nicoleta ~*mysterious villian*~ and vigilante!Alfred Dirty Harry DASHING HERO.
When: December 27th, after sunset
Where: On the streets of Downtown, in a particularly dark alley by Heritage Park
What: Chai decides to try taking a short-cut home only to find himself in a rather unsavory situation.
Chai was still not used to the climate of Liberty City. So upon stepping out of the post office after sending off a second batch of belated Christmas gifts to his grandparents he immediately cursed, "แม่งเอ๊ย!" As if it wasn't cold enough during the day, the sun had almost disappeared from the sky and it was... what? Only five--thirty pm? Chai glanced at the time on his Blackberry ruefully. He had specifically planned to be home before sunset but somehow he ended up killing a few hours someway or another. Ah, well. 'Might as well start walking before it gets too cold อน้า,' he contemplated as he started walking.
After a few minutes, he came across a rather dark alley to his right. It looked promising and offered Chai the possibility of escaping the cold into the relative warmth of his apartment just a little faster. 'Why not?' He thought, smiling to himself. Half-way down the alley, he felt his Blackberry vibrate in his coat pocket. He briefly paused to fish it out of his pocket and stood as he checked the text message he just received. The Blackberry screen illuminated the dimly lit street, shining brightly in the dark.
As he read his text message, he could have sworn that he heard the faint sound of footsteps behind him. He ignored it though, it could have easily been nothing more than a figment of his imagination. That, and he had more pressing matters to attend to. Namely, replying to the said text message on his Blackberry of course.
