WHO: Toris and Yao with a dash of Zhì
WHEN: Wednesday Afternoon, December One.
WHERE: Charleston Apartments
WHAT: A typical Yao-meets-bear story you wouldn't want to miss.
He figured that instead of using the broomstick made of palm twigs the doctor insisted on him, Yao would buy a snow shovel. To make life easier for the both of them. How he was demoted to snow-clearing duty was on his own accord. His reasons were one, so that people going in and out of the pharmacy won't have to deal with the snow piling up in the doorway; second is that the place would still be noticeable. And that his first attempt with the broomstick was rather disastrous. (医生, 笤帚是为而不是土雪.)
Once his shift for the day was over, he went to the hardware store and bought what he needed, along with other things that he deemed useful for the apartment.
Heading back to the Charleston would've been easier had the salesmen didn't ask him for any assistance once every five seconds as he was making his way out of the store. This unnecessary delay made him stop one floor below his apartment in the complex. As Yao checks his stuff before going up, something white poking through the window of one of the apartments caught his attention. He walked near the window to get a closer look.
And goshdarnit it was the biggest and perhaps the next fluffiest thing to his giant stuffed panda. (not an actual stuffed panda, just saying.)
He had to have it.
