What: As fun and cosy as Madame Puddifoot's is, Elizaveta and Gilbert are looking for a little more excitement.
A week spent locked in the Vanishing Cupboard wasn't as awesome as it sounded, but whatever. He'd had his tiny rant before he'd gotten lost in there. It was kind of exciting, seeing stuff from all around the world (he was pretty sure one of the entrances had led to a cabaret in France but he hasn't had time to step out and confirm). But he was back and better than ever. And he had a date- double trouble~
Waiting in the Entrance Hall for Elizaveta, he picked up bits and pieces of gossip of the last week. God why did all the really big shit happen when he was stuck in a closet? Three Quidditch matches, kissing, potions, punching, pink common rooms! Gott, if only he had been around, this week would've just been that much more awesome.
Gilbert took a moment to hunker down in his scarf, finding it to be a cool day outside. He also had bare hands. Because Elizaveta liked holding hands under the pretense of keeping her fingers warm and gloves didn't make her happy. Yes, she was a handful at times but Gilbert didn't care. He liked her, she dealt with him and that was that.
