WHAT: Telephone call. Alfred inquires about the Myrtle Vacancy and Dewi approves.
Dewi: [Leaps over Arthur's prized couch, nearly upsetting the table and vase of roses, as he prances into the kitchen to pick up the ringing phone] Hello~ Myrtle House! Dewi Ainsworth speaking~
Alfred: [blinks in surprise at the enthusiasm, leaning away from the voice on the phone a little and bumping into some old crazy cat woman sitting beside him on the bus] Hey, it's Alfred, about that room you have for rent...
Dewi: [Still enthusiastic, but there's now an air of frustration in his tone] I'm sorry, I think you have the wrong number! [makes to hang up the phone]
Alfred: [frets because this is the only place they have] D-Dew- Professor, wait- no! Our apartment is out of order we don't have anywhere to stay!
Dewi: ..... [pulls the phone back to his ear, his voice now flat and professional] And I assume you saw my ads all over the University?
Alfred: I-I have one in my hands right now! We really need somewhere to stay...
Dewi: [presses his hand to the table behind him and leans against it] And can you meet all of the requirements listed and help pay for the expenses?
Alfred: [nods enthusiastically] Definitely! We've both got jobs.
Dewi: [more irritably] And will you refrain from meddling in business that is not yours while under my-the Kirkland rooftop?
Alfred: [flushes a little in shame] Y-Yes professor.
Dewi: [grins] Good! So I'll expect you two sometime this week!
Alfred: ...How about in an hour?
Dewi: [his eyes widen and the unmistakable sound of a crash is heard - the vase from before - as he recovers from Alfred's statement] A-an hour?! Why so soon?!
Alfred: [jumps a little himself at the sound] Well I told you, we got kicked out of our apartment. Monkey virus.
Dewi: What the devil is a monkey virus....?
Alfred: Fucked if I know but there were monkeys in our apartment and now it's contaminated so...
Dewi: ....I-I see... [pause] Then you can stop by in an hour or so! The rooms upstairs are all ready for guests! [to himself] I have to clean up this vase before Arthur comeshome! A-ah, and I need to explain to him what's happening, too...
Alfred: [smiles widely, nodding at his brother, giving a thumbs up] Awesome! We'll see you then! Can I call you Dewi now since we're roomies?
Dewi: [flatly] Professor Ainsworth.
Alfred: Right. See you soon then professor!
Dewi: Indeed.
