You know how sometimes people on your friend's list post about stuff going on in their life, and all of a sudden you think "Wait a minute? Since when are they working THERE? Since when are they dating HIM/HER? since when???" And then you wonder how you could have missed all that seemingly pretty standard information, but somehow you feel too ashamed to ask for clarification because it seems like info you *should* already know? It happens to all of us sometimes.

2. Age: 31, as of last monday
3. Location: North Lawrence, 2 blocks from the visitor's center and RIGHT across from the UP tracks.
4. Occupation: What don't I do? Anything that needs done around the house.
5. Partner? Burton Parker. We have been together for over 11 years! Married for 10.
6. Kids: The two most beautiful girls in the world.
7. Brothers/Sisters: I have an older sister, Lisa, who is 33 1/2. She lives in Wichita and is Alumni director at Friends University. She's divorced, currently dating a nice guy. I will probably never have a niece or nephew though. I am an aunt to two insane Jack Russel terriers.
8. Pets: NONE and no thank you, I do not want any.
9. List the 3-5 biggest things going on in your life:
-UM, raising a family
-Might be playing music again
-Doing art again
10) Where and for what did you go to school for?
I went to Cowley County Community College outreach center in Mulvane, Ks. I got my associates of arts degree because I thought I was going to go on and teach. Eventually I gave that idea up, but went ahead anyway because I thought if I ever went to university, I would have a head start and not have to take bullshit classes.
11) Parents?
Mom and Dad are still married. Have been for 36 years. They live in Derby, Ks. We are a normal family with some abnormal coping skills. It gets tense at times, and then other times, it's really good. My mom and I butt heads a lot.
12) Who are some of your closest friends?
Hmmm...Jeana, Amanda, (Burton's sister) Julia, and Cole. Other than that, there's Lisa, Dee Anna, and Audrey from knitting. I love those girls. I don't have too many CLOSE friends. I have a lot of people that I enjoy being around though. Basically, if you're funny, you can hang.
