Bigger Fish Tank?
Hi Everyone!
Over the weekend I decided to get a larger fish tank so I could have a few more choices in buying fish. I used to have a really BIG tank 75 gallon I think? Even though it was a hassel cleaning the filter everymonth, it was a lot of fun. I LOVED having all the lights out in the livingroom...and just have the aquarium light on. It was so peaceful.
Anyway, even though I wanted a 10 gallon tank I had no place for it in my studio so I bought a small 5 gallon one that is a Hexagon and made out of Lucite. (it's perfect!--well, for now) I wanted a glass tank because plastic scratches easy, but I saw that they make special cleaning sponges for aquariums that are made out of lucite. So that'll work.
Noodle thinks it's very cool. She can hardly wait for the fish to be added for her viewing pleasure. (me too!) I can see the fish tank from my drawing table, it's very relaxing. Pretty soon I wont have any room for fish!! lol!
She stared at the tank all night---watching the little clover leaves floating around.
I still need to wait a bit before I add my guppy family which is growing. I have 4 now...plus that little unknown teanie fish that was included by the sales gal at the store.
