It's that list of limitations and exclusions you want to watch out for.
For instance, I doubt that work-related injuries are actually covered if incurred off-planet (Section 52, Paragraph 12, sub-paragraph 17). On the other hand, non-work-related injuries incurred off-planet may be covered if the special travel rider has been purchased, Gating having been determined to be a valid form of government transport. (See: Transit to and From Work, Section 5, Paragraph 4, sub-paragraph 6).

There, that should clear it all up for you!

But does that cover non-Terran employees? And what about injuries sustained whilst in transit? And is there a special rider for injuries sustained whilst saving the planet from certain annihilition?

We won't even mention the difficulty of dating forms regarding injuries sustained in alternate timestreams.

Well, duh. Non-Terran employees are obviously only covered if they have Green Cards and are in the proper contractural work status.
The saving-the-planet rider would have to be arranged for separately, probably through Lloyds of London, since they seem to specialize in that sort of high-risk underwriting. Alas, I don't think that even they would be willing to deal with the alternate-timestream thing; too easy to have one's contracts altered via time travel chicanery . . .

Geez, that looks like me these days - trying vainly to understand college financial aid paperwork.
