books!
okay, i'm agonna list the books i've read lately.
_Three Strides Before the Wire_ by Elizabeth Mitchell (about Charismatic the race horse)
_Wounded_ by Percival Everett (about murders and cowboys)
_Minority Report_ by Philip K. Dick (about the problems with knowing the future)
_the Doomsday Book_ by Connie Willis (about the problems with time travel)
_V for Vendetta_ by Alan Moore and David Lloyd (about fascistic order versus chaos)
_Y: the Last Man_ (books 1 & 2) by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra (about what happens when all the men on earth but one spontaneously dies)
My favorite was probably Doomsday; however, Three Strides was very good, and I'm very sad not to have the rest of the Ys because I really got into the first two.
next up: _A Clockwork Orange_ by Anthony Burgess. I think I saw the movie once. I don't remember it, so it'll be something new.
I wish I were clever enough to write cute little reviews, too. ~(:
