I'm feeling sick... very sick... my stomach hurts like a bitch....
I've been triggered all day.... and it all started when ashley (a boy) grabbed my ancles... i freaked i hyperventilated and bleh all hell cut loose...
it wasnt just that.. it was when someone called my name... when the phone rung... when someone streached or put their arms up or anytthing near me.... ii would just have this panic attack thing and freeze... n its still going and its only quarter past 8... bleh I feel sick...
I need to puke... I've lost my appitite... not that its a bad thing... it just makes my mum n grandma yell at me more...
