I got happy birthday wishes from 11 people.
my this entry is off to a rough start.
I did try my best to radiate an aura of oh-im-so-content---its-my-birthday! ... but i did have lapses. Nothing a 20 minute escape to Middle Earth couldn't help though, and i think i came off alright. oh the power of simple determination to "be" happy and okay. been discovering more and more of late.
Did get some useful stuff though... you know... $$$$ ;)
Naw, I appreciate the real stuff too! My room is improved by two items, in any case- a plant (that i need to put in a pretty pot and find a plant stand for) and a lamp. Hahaha-- three items, actually. I made my cardboard box nightstand bigger and better, and with the tile on top it really looks quite nice. I'm thinking I could decorate it too. could be friggin awesome. I'm actually quite intruigued by the possibilies here. Cardboard box furniture. Great for packing up and moving!
oh gawd. mood swings are ugh. at the beginning of this entry i was ready to just bash my head on the keyboard and retreat to my sanctuary but now im actually happy.
