@ home sick
I get up this morning... with a stuffy head and sinuses all yucky.. I decide, I should take cold medicine to make me feel better... I look in my cabinet to see what we have... we have Sudafed NIGHTIME and NONDROWSY... I decide, well taking the nighttime would just be stupid!
I take the NONDROWSY making SURE that it IS non-drowsy.... I’m off to school thinking about how gross it is that every time I eat a piece of my butter and blackberry preserves sandwich my throat clears up of phlegm significantly... hrmm i wonder where that phlegm went... *bleh*
I finally get to school walking through the hallways and then it hits me... I feel weird... I feel like a space cadet... I’m flying hahahahah FREAKEN A! Some people stop me in the hall... Ms. Castro are you okay? Ummm yeah why... because you look sleepy... oh... I just have a cold... I tell them...
Before I get to the main office Jessica Simpson's remake of These boots are made for walking starts to play and all the kids rush me... or it seems like they are rushing me... they are actually rushing to the middle of the courtyard... that kinda freaked me out so i side step... and almost fall down because I am swaying.
When I finally get to the main office some of my colleagues approach me with questions… It was hard to process their questions… I was like man this is so weird…
I start feeling sooo sleepy! It takes me a few minutes but I finally decide that I am not going to be any good at school… I am totally useless right now.. I couldn’t even answer a question about whether or not paper was provided to the teams or to individual questions… well I THOUGHT I answered it correctly it made sense to me… ROFL… but It didn’t to the substitute teacher ROFL!
So I am at home now… I am up after sleeping for 3 hours. I have that weird feeling… you know that feeling you get when you come home in the afternoon and its all sunny and then you fall asleep… when you wake up later at about 7 or 8 when its dark your body feels disoriented and weird? Well, that’s the feeling I have right now.
I’m waiting for Denni to wake up. I would call him but every few minutes of sleep he can get is good… =)
It is so cool that he is able to page me on Guamcell’s site. He uses it often. Which makes me exuberantly happy. =) His last few pages have been so sweet. Actually all his pages are sweet… =) I am so lucky with him.
Okay I am going to go play Spider Solitaire now… My CD drive won’t work so I can’t play my other game *sigh*.
OH I think it should be said in here that Today is Lyn's birthday dinner... her birthday was actually on Wednesday... Marc proposed to her.. it was soo sweet when she described it... AWW MY ASUKATS (Asukat is sugar in chamoru... long story for another post... heheh marc started it though) ARE ENGAGED! Im so happy for them...
