[Tate isn't one for social parties -- or social...anything. But he does like being around the fire, watching the flames twist and turn. He had been inching closer to the fireplace since he had arrived, and now he was sitting directly in front of it, head tilted, a tiny, odd smile on his face.]

[Because he's holding his hand out towards the fire.]

Most people do, yeah. [Hey, if he wants to hurt himself, that is on him. Bucky was just looking out for the kid.]

[That's a first. He withdraws his hand, shrugging.]

I don't know. It's just a distraction.
