Hahahahahahahahaha, Gamestop has stooped to a brand new low in my books. It's nearly impossible considering how low they are already, but trying to sell me an open game as if it was new doesn't really give me much of a choice. They could spout all the "we only open it for the display case" bullshit they want, but someone needs to tell Gamestop that a game that has been opened for who knows how long is not new.
Thankfully, my problem is with the business, and not with the people. I left that Gamestop and immediately went to the Gamestop that I usually go to. The dude I knew over there was really cool, and he willingly opened a sealed copy of the game in front of me, and exchanged it with my "new copy" right then and there. I wish there was a way to like praise that guy to a higher power or something, because he's one of the reasons why I drive 15 minutes to that Gamestop instead of going to the one near me.
