David smiled and a thought occurred to him, "Would you be averse to bringing your family over to our place? We could have dinner together. I'm sure the kids would love it, and Sam and Miriam have been getting along great..."
"I'll ask Miriam what she thinks," Nick smiled. He liked the idea quite a bit, and hoped his wife would agree.
David smiled down at Nick and kissed his forehead softly. He was enjoying the moment. Merry Christmas to him, he thought, squeezing Nick closer to him.
