He lets the thought go, because it’s depressing, and heads instead for his office, and wonders if perhaps Alan will be there, and if he’ll be willing to help him celebrate. It makes his skin tingle, just the idea of it, and for once it doesn’t matter that the two of them are on different wavelengths over this - this thing of which Ed wants more and Alan seems barely moved by - so long as Alan will touch him.
It’s still a shock, though he can’t stop thinking about it, when he opens the door to find him dragged inside, and then pressed back against it.
“You did well today,” Alan tells him, like they’re discussing the weather. “It was impressive.”
He doesn’t know if he’s supposed to answer, because it’s always hard to tell, but Alan just makes the decision for him by covering his mouth and letting his hand touch him through his trousers, roughly. They swap positions then, and there’s pressure on his shoulders, forcing him to his knees.
He doesn’t need to be told twice, and allows himself to look up, to see an anguished expression on the older man’s face as Ed’s fingers start on his belt buckle. It makes his stomach flip, to know he can cause it, and he can’t get the barriers between them out of the way fast enough.
Alan’s hand finds his hair, twisting, and the room is full of the sounds of his harsh breathing, and the wet noises his own mouth makes, when he can’t keep away a second longer. His own hand snakes inside his underwear, frantic, and he doesn’t know if Alan would do this for him, if he asked, but he can never bear the wanting long enough to find out.
He doesn’t want it to end, even as his own hips are snapping forward involuntarily, his tongue working the head. Alan groans as he comes, and Ed doesn’t stop, keeps his mouth where it is until he’s gasping, coming over his own hand.
Alan sorts himself out as Ed pants, and leans his head against the door panel. He’s handed a tissue after a few moments, and Alan settles himself back behind his desk, like nothing has happened.
“It was a very good performance,” Alan says, and Ed can’t tell if there’s something extra in his tone, or if there isn’t, “Let’s hope you do just as well next time.”

And um, when did I start thinking of this pairing as hot, I'll never know, but this was just that.

to see an anguished expression on the older man’s face as Ed’s fingers start on his belt buckle. It makes his stomach flip, to know he can cause it <-- Can i just ask, did you by any chance write alsi the fic with Ed persuading Alan about the grad tax? Or the dark humiliation one? Becasue this ties into them really, really well.
I love the way the shift in Ed;'s fortunes brings about a change in Alan, too ; can’t tell if there’s something extra in his tone, or if there isn’t

I wrote the grad tax one - this was basically the same idea from Ed's side. I'm getting into Milison lately! xD
