[Presea Combatir has woken up. Strangely enough, there is one thing different besides her missing bar code: She now appears two years older. And, quietly, but no longer hesitant in her speech, she addresses the ever present sphere.]

I remember everything, now. All that happened, the time I lost. But I haven't left here.

Does anyone know how?

You got back memories you lost? From before you came here, you mean?

I woke up, and remembered. But I hadn't left here, had I?

Some people did--even spent a year at home--but the rest of us didn't.

You sound different. Was there a lot you remembered?

Two years. I remembered two years worth.

Oh wow! That's...that's a lot.

[looks awkward for a moment, considering, then reaches up to set a filter on the sphere] When I first got here, I was missing a lot of my memories. Like...well, I never really worked out how long exactly. At least a year and a half, maybe two. I'm still a little fuzzy on the end. But I had no idea they were missing--not until I got them back. And last time we woke up after the black hole, I even had a few more weeks back.

I don't know what that means, but...you're not the only one the ship's done that to.

If it can steal our memories, and return them... How will we know what is the truth of what has happened?

[frowns] Don't think like that, Presea. There are a lot of us here, and we can help each other. I'm sure if we can just get off this ship, everything will go back to how it should be.
