Mod Meets Gothic Lolita: Fashion Featurette #1
NOTE: Be sure to read the Intro first, if you are new here! ^_^ Now, for my first Fashion Featurette, I'd like to showcase an item that which is a common Lolita acessory, and also one that has many Mod print-possibilities; the umbrella! First, I found these polka-dotted parasols, which would be a great compliment to either look (more varieties after the cut below):

A tartan parasol, which would be handy as tartan skirts were common in Mod looks and are frequently incorporated across the styles of Lolita (original item here):
Here's a cherry-print umbrella. Imagine how fab an umbrella like that would be for a Sweet or Punk Lolita style (maybe with lace trim all around the bottom?), as well as with a Mod look! (original available here)
This last one is one of my favourite styles of umbrella, a clear, dome-style which was very popular in the 60s' with a Mod look (original here). Imagine this with lace trim around it, if you will...
