an update

So, I haven't written in lj for a long while.

Here's what's "new":

- I live alone in Austin, TX.
- That is the best part of my life right now.

- I'm in the MSSW program at the UT School of Social Work.
- I'm doing okay, but not as well as I should.
- The reason is because I don't apply myself.

- I don't have any friends here.

- I spent too much time on the internet.
- This is about to change.

- I'm on the online version of Weight Watchers.
- It was going well until this weekend. I kinda messed up.
- Tomorrow I will get back on track.
- I am trying to lose approximately 15 lbs.
- If I accomplish this feat, I will be thinner than I have ever been in my adult life.

- I am planning on buying a car within the next two months.
- Once I do this, I will feel more in control of my life than ever before.
- It will be difficult to afford.

- I left my phone in a cab last week.
- The phone was stolen within an hour and a half.
- I lost all my phone numbers.

- I went to San Antonio this weekend.
- I had more fun than I had anticipated.

- I have two midterms this week.
- I should start studying for them.
