The past two days have been much better. I was just in a bitchy mood when I wrote the last entry. Anyways, I hadn't had much time to blog because I was out late both on Wednesday and Thursday night with the Japanese Crew but more to that later.
So I went to school yesterday like any other day, got bitched a for being late during first period (I'm always a good ten minutes late so okay, it was justified) and was just generally prepared for a shitty day of math tests and french presentation.
Now, I have my lunch during second period. I'm the only specimen of the female gender at a table full of loud, obnoxious and sometimes geeky guys. And Big Head of course who is loud and obnoxious but never really geeky. So I go to lunch expecting my usual routine of a profanity filled card game.
Instead I see that the Architect has brought a waffle iron.
A freaking waffle iron.
Okay, so I approach cautiously. I've been banned from my own kitchen due to several incidents of smoking appliances. And then I see another one of the guys pulling out pancake batter, a carton of eggs and milk. Another one has OJ, paper cups and plates and cutlery. I'm standing there slightly dumbfounded.
Then the guy that had accidentally pistol whipped me at laser tag a few weeks ago comes with a plastic bag and unpacks chocolate chips, maple syrup and whipped cream.
"Okay guys, what the hell is going on?"
"We're making waffles. We're hungry."
They push a table to the nearest socket, plug in the waffle iron and start, well, making waffles. These men had everything! One of them had brought a bowle and another had brought PAM so that the cooked waffle wouldn't stick to the iron. These teenage guys were ten times more organized than I have ever been.
I was really kinda impressed.
