I've been in your position many times before and it's a bit of a line to try and find, isn't it? On one hand, you want to be supportive. You don't want to crush your friend so you let her have a little hope. On the other, you don't want to see her moping when you know nothing will come out of it and you want to grab her and tell her to snap out of it and move on.
I'm sure she'll come around soon enough. It probably won't be for a little while, but I think she's a smart girl. She'll realize she can be with someone who wants to be with her and then she can move on. Until then, I wish you both the best of luck!
(And "He's Just Not That Into You" was pretty darn adorable, I must say. And even very educational.)
