Frill Skating!
So, Skating will take place on Sunday February 20th (This Sunday.) from 1:30 until 3:00 at the Portland ice arena (at 225 Park Ave, really close to the park where we had the first picnic)
If you don't know how to ice skate, don't sweat it. I only do it once a year, sometimes if that, and I get along alright, so I'm sure its something you can pick up pretty easy. Or just stand there while the rest of us pull you around the ice. And if you do fall on your bum, the petticoat will be soft. XD
Afterward I propose we go warm up with some hot drinks, perhaps at the public market house. (I'm pretty sure the coffeehouse there is still offering tea services.)
I've planned this to be a pretty budget meet up, probably totaling about $10 for the afternoon.
Public skating admission: $5
Ice skate rental: $2
Hot cup of (tea/coffee/cocoa): $3
"Lolitas on Ice" with all of your frilly friends: Priceless.
