OK, here comes to the rant.
Today I was very bored and open an anti-Twilight community (I don't read the book though; I only loves comedy novels. I read the comm because of pure boredom, and curiousity since Twilight is so popular). One post there tells there are rapid Twilight fans who hurt, harrassed, or even nearly killed anti-Twilight even the anti-Twilight are not flaming but instead give an intelectual reason why they doesn't like Twilight. This is very dumb; nearly killed people over a book?
Okay. Let's take an example from me. I'm a Hetalia fan, and most Korean doesn't like Hetalia. But I won't go to Korea just to killing them for bashing our fandom! Went angry, yes. Killing, no. Maybe if they attacked Himaruya and want to kill him in front of my eyes, I will beat them in order of protecting his life. What's the point of killing? If you started to killing people just because a fandom, that could make the fandom even worse, right?
I admit sometimes I want to beat my brother because he make fun of my favourites. But I started to became very angry only if he mentions something personal or even hurting me with weapons. There are sometimes I want to kill him but mostly it because he started to attack first.
I really wants this Twitards to think twice before killing someone over a fandom.
