first pesto of the summer
I serve it with green beans and potatoes, with optional pasta for the pasta eaters. The kids were fighting over every last morsel of potato tonight, and I'm like, "Guys, you are going to be so sick of this stuff by the end of the summer -- chill out."
And Chuckles said, "Impossible!" but I distinctly remember young people moaning "Pesto again?!?" at some point last September.
