Perona ate the Horo Horo no Mi Fruit which enables her'ghost powers'. With this power, she can create replicas of 'ghosts' any way she pleases; big or small, one to a hundred, etc. She can also create an astral projection of herself and become a ghost herself. When she's bored, she likes to peek around town and find anything interesting. If she finds someone or something, her curiosity will get the best of her and tada~ You have a ghost stalker looking for entertainment.
Okay so, we have a goth loli who has ghost powers. So... What am I asking?
Well, Perona has developed this nifty move that allows her to spy/stalk people. Since all the ghosts she creates are part of her, whatever Perona's ghosts sees and hears she will as well. Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Ghost Network. Pretty much, if you look that interesting or she has some type of an excuse, Perona's ghost can stalk the person for a while.
Q: Okay, stalking ghost. Does this mean we can't see it?
A: No, not really. Perona's ghosts can't go invisible so it's likely to see them. They could be following behind you or hovering over your head somewhere. They'll try to stay out of view but they can still be visible. If they are spotted, most likely they'll drift away like they are passing by.
Q: Ohmaigod ghost, I want to catch it!
A: Good luck cause they are tangible. That means anything can go through them; solid objects, fire, water, butterfly nets, etc. If one does happen to go through you, the person will suffer a Negative Hollow attack.
Q: What does Negative Hollow do?
A: It's a depression attack. No matter how strong you are, your 'spirit' will break when in contact with these ghosts. What's that saying, 'Bigger they are, harder they fall'? These ghosts will make you drop to your knees in a split second. Unless... You're Usopp, he's 1%. The only way to be unaffected by them is if your character has nothing but negative thoughts; suicidal, no hope, lost will, etc. When these ghosts passes through a person, the person falls into depression kinda like this and that. It would only be for a brief moment. Once the character is back to being him/herself, yep they will remember every word they said. So physically they can't do harm only mentally. Yes, they can pass through a character as many times as the player likes. If more than one ghosts passes through a person at the same time, it would worsen.
Q: Okay, my character is completely negative. What happens then?
A: Then Perona hates you so much and will probably try something else if she really wants to.
Q: I want a ghost in my shower!
A: Naw, not gonna happen. Unless Perona's ghost took a wrong turn, it's getting out of there.
Q: So what is she going to do when she finds out my character's dirty secret?
A: Either troll, blackmail, or don't care.
