Try and get my body into shape for the summer time!
So I'm heading back to SF soon, which seems to be my city of good exercise habits with all its hills and such, unlike the car-driving comfort of Portland/Vancouver. And there are events coming up where I wish to look...well...good.
So let the games begin!
Goal: 130lb or a dress size dropped.
Exercise goal: Week one (at least 2 times a week), Week two (at least 3), Week three (at least 4).
Super goal: Do at least one extremely active thing (mile long jog, play sports, marathon, etc).
We'll see how it goes.
