Sometimes you just have to grin and bear it.
Sitting at work around 9:30pm. I had an epiphany: I need to grin and bear it.
Yeah it sucks that I'm still here when I could be home.
Yes I could be watching movies or going out [as it is a Friday].
Yes I'm incredibly tired and wanting a shower/being in my PJs
And yes I gotta come in this Saturday and Sunday.
But it's not so bad when you look on the bright side.
I think I've been a lil grumpy this quarter because I've been juggling so much--among other things. And really I need to slap myself and stop being so spoiled. I've chosen this as a career and need to accept it--with all the good and bad that comes with it.
