On a completely different note. I have to work in a group of three people for one of my classes. The girl is cool, but the one guy is a jerk. I think he has good ideas, but what the hell. Focus on what we need to do instead of fleshing out the one idea that you think is the shit--AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PRODUCT WE'RE WORKING ON!!!!
And prefacing a statement with "I don't mean to sound sexist" just makes the statement sound even more sexist. Just say it and accept it. Don't try to appologize--it makes you look guilty and more sexist.
