We have a whole family of these guys at Hell. They litter the sidewalks with enormous green turds but when they begin to parade their babies around the campus it makes the little minefield dance up the sidewalk an after thought. We even get emails around this time of year with pictures of the little goosey families warning us to watch out for them in the parking lot and of course warning us not to get too close. Some idiot sales guy inevitably tries to go after one of them every year and gets a couple good gouges taken out of his arm. Those are the kind of people I work with. People that would go after baby geese. God.
This picture just makes me smile. That's my mum on the couch with Burt and Wheezy. My favorite part? Wheezy's little paw stretched out like he's hugging her. This is typically my place but my animals don't care which warm body is under the couch. :) One of the few things in my life that make me so happy I could cry. I love them so much. Everyone around me is pumping out babies and I'm adopting more cats. Ha. Maybe that says something about what my place in life should be.
Love.
