I just remembered a pretty amusing story from Italy regarding my uh, livejournal name. For those of you who don't know, Lola Jelly was the name I got when I did one of those "What's your porn star name" generators and I thought it was pretty funny and I kinda liked it so I've been using it for usernames all over the 'net.
So in Florence we went to this discotech and I said to Sarah that if any guys ask us what our names are, we should give them totally bogus exotic names just for fun and because we're never going to see them again, so why not?
So anyway, this really hot guy asks me to dance and I'm like hells yeahh and then he asks me what my name is. I'm debating in my head whether to give him my real name or not...so I decide to make good on my deal I had made with Sarah and I told him my name was Lola. All of a sudden, I see Ms. Sarah McKane, who was dancing next to me, cracking up, and the guy looks to me and he's like "...Your name isn't Lola, is it?" and Sarah was like "LOL IT'S LAUREN" so he looks at me and he's like, "I know what you're up to," and he walks away.
Haha, that was such an FML moment. That guy was so cute, too! :(
