This starts out as a story about how I get a lot of my clothes.

One of my bestest friends, Amy, works for a wonderful woman who has a wonderful wardrobe.  At least twice a year, said wonderful employer goes through her wardrobe and gets rid of loads of stuff.  That stuff all goes to Amy.  Amy distributes it among those she cares about, and I therefore have a whole slew of practically new sundresses and skirts.

So, this morning, even though I already had an outfit all picked out, a dress resting on the top of one of my "new" bags of clothes was calling out to me.  It seemed perfect to take advantage of this warm weather (you know, that I'm supplementing with sweaters and hot chai.)

So then, I needed to run a couple of errands over my lunch hour.  Lets just say that this dress might be a tad short on me (I AM freakishly tall) and it's pretty windy.  I don't think I actually flashed anyone, but it's hard to say with any certainty.

So, I'm now sporting a new pair of comfy pajama pants underneath the dress.  You can barely see them, but they'll be exceptionally handy when I spend a couple of hours crawling around, photographing a newborn after work today.

Sorry, that was a pretty pointless post.
