Happy Birthday to me.....
it's the day after my birthday. and boy has it been a long weekend. filled with parties and hospitals and Beam Black Label. i really don't feel the need to rehash the whole story. the general gist of it is one of my oldest and closest friends was badly injured in a car crash along with my first real boyfriend. so the night before my birthday party i spent mostly at Methodist hospital. things are looking up, so i decided to have to the party, there isn't much that i could do. i'm going back up today, later on in the evening.
the party side of things went well. i breathed in whiskey, literally. i took a shot, and i either tried to breathe while or swallowed into my lungs. well that and mixed drinks, i was pretty drunk. Emily spun fire, and by that i mean poi, wicks on chains. it was wonderful. there were a lot of people there and i only started crying once that night.
other than that, we went to J Bush's house last night. there was a keg, but more crazy fratty people there than one can stand, and the kitten is attacking my feet. well i think that i am done.
