Went to the Dam Short Film Festival for school oooon Fridaymorning, got so see the block of crime-esque drama films frommmm...people, I guess xD Not particularly just student work, I don't think, but eh.
There was one that I really liked called "One Day" about a guy who accidentally drives his car into a friend of his, and kills him. A mutual friend of theirs sees said incident and tries to kill the main guy. There were a lot of little symbolic things that were really well placed, idek. LOSS OF INNOCENCE, BLADDYBLAH~
I liked it, whatever xD
THE MUSIC WAS FITTING, TOO. unliketheonerightafteritthatusednomusicatall B|~ *wasn't very fond of thatone, not even that memorable, just remembers because it wasn't as cool, idek*
Apparently it ["One Day"] didn't win anything, though. I'm disappointed. Theeen again, I only watched that one block, so I can't really say much ^^;~
The directorguy for it came in, and he was apparently a student all the way from Waco, TX, so I thought it was cool that he came all the way out to see how the film was received~ :D
