Random thing while I'm awake at 4 am in the morning after falling asleep at, like, 10pm. >> Which I don't think I'll ever do again :D!
GURREN PARALLEL WORKS.
I thought I'd say something, like, my general opinion on each of them, since I just watched the 8th one/it's pretty much done.
(I'll go down this list's orderr because I'm full of fail like that :D)
[6] 「合体なんてクソくらえ！！」
(To Hell with Gattai!!)
~ For some reason, I don't have this song on my itunes. :|~
Okay, so this one, when I first started to watch it, I was instantly reminded of FLCL. I really liked the more humorous fighting from this one, but I kept on thinking that the red haired kid was Gimmy. :|
Also, the use of the song title was nice. :>

(-The longass song title that doesn't have Kamina's name in it :D-)
~ JUST... LOL.
NEW MEANING TO PIERCING THE HEAVENS, EY? xD
[3] 「ボインＶＳボイン」
(Boing vs Boing)
~ Not too fond of this one, despite it's immense pretty. Though, I like how it's, like, the samurai-flick parallel of TTGL.
[2] 「BafBaf！そんなに燃えるのが…好きかい？」
(So this is burning? Do you like it?)
~ I think this was the second one that came out. After the first one, it was a little lackluster, though still, altogether, amusing. The parts with the roulette thing was a bit repetitive and... well... repetitive, though.
[4] 「お前の×××で天を衝け！！」
(Pierce the Heavens With Your XXX!)
~ I only saw the preview image for this one and listened to the song and I knew it would be about Viral and would be reminiscent of a western~ AND WOOT, I WAS RIGHT. I really liked this song, and Adiane was in this one, so it was even better~ ;D I liked how it was more about Viral and made Kamina look like the badguy. And Enki-pony is awesome. :|
[7] 「"Libera me" from hell」
~ Favorite song. Under-appreciated GurrenPara video. I think I'm the only one that generally enjoyed this one. I avoided watching it for a while because of so many negative opinions on it, but it was actually decent. But that's because I realize the fact that those are reference shots. All of them. The desert photos for the surface, endless video capture of the sky and the clouds (which are all omfgdelicious, btw), the photo of the flower, and then the end of the video, with the panning out to all the celestial bodieshjkcfhergd GAWD. I WANTED TO EAT ALL OF IT.
... So I liked it. :> Not so much loved it, but I liked it enough to be satisfied with it. <3

~ The very first parallel works video~ I think, when I first watched this, I sat through the whole thing with my mouth open. I loved the general idea of this one, it being the.... medieval parallel of TTGL, like with "BoinvsBoin" and the samurai thing. And I really loved the use of the build-up with the music~ Just aaagh, omg.
This was the best one to start with. <3
tl;dr: I liked them all. :D

........... On a very very different note, I'd like to mention that I started drawing pages for the second round of 9lvls already~ And I can tell, already, after 3 and a half pages that there's no way in hell I'm going to ink ANY OF IT. 8|

So in order, I'm more of a Visual/aural learner, and somehow, I'm equally social AND solitary.
