Last night I overdid it a bit with the garlic when making spaghetti sauce. Consequently, I woke up with noticeable garlic breath. Now, today at 1, I am meeting a woman from the
Matheson Museum to go through recordings of natives of Gainesville for the professor for whom I am an RA. Clearly, I don't want this woman's first impression of me to be garlic breath.
I read awhile back that eating celery (or parsley) freshens your breath because it increases the amount of oxygen in your throat. Or something. So, along with my breakfast plum, I had a stalk of breakfast celery. Three-fourths of the way through the stalk, I had this realization thrust upon me:
Garlic breath + past-date celery --> scent of marijuana
I think I'm meeting this woman with marijuana breath.
