CHARACTER HOMEWORK: HARRY POTTER EDITION

This came about since people were constantly editing their additional notes in the previous post.

HERE'S A CHARACTER HOMEWORK.

For those of you who haven't been around for character homework, it's basically a list of questions meant to help you flesh out your character. And since we're doing such a big to-do for the Harry Potter Week - in which

# What’s your character’s wand core?
Phoenix tail feather.

# How did your character’s sorting ceremony go?
Nothing really too exciting happened. She got up, sat down, got sorted and went to her house. The only thing was that the hat took a while to decide between Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. But Hufflepuff became the choice.

# Strongest subject? Weakest subject?
Strongest subject would be... can she have more than one? Herbology and Charms.
Her weakest would have to be Astronomy. Mostly cause her interest just... doesn't exist for it.

# Does your character have a familiar? How did they get them?
She has a cat named Andie, and it was a gift from a friend.

# Are they a pureblood? Halfblood? Muggleborn? Any interesting stories behind that?
She doesn't really know. Her mother was a muggle, but she's not quite sure about her Dad cause he died when she was just a baby.

# Would your character ever be tempted to be a deatheater?
Pfff, no.

# What are your character’s thoughts on Quidditch? Are they on the team?
She's a beater, and she loves it. 'nough said.

# What’s your character’s favourite spell?
Kim likes a lot of spells, but her favorites are the Lumos spells and any spell that throw opponents away.

# What’s your character’s favourite candy? Favourite Bertie Bott’s flavour?
She doesn't really eat much candy, but she does eat the Bertie Bott's. Favorite flavour is orange.

# Does your character care about house rivalries?
Not really. She talks to whoever she wants without caring about houses.

# When your character is faced with a boggart, what would it change into (i.e. their worse fear)? What would be their Patronus?
Boggart would turn into a death-eater, and her Patronus would be a Golden cat.

# If your character met Harry Freaking Potter, what would they do?
Probably say hi but not really do much about it. Maybe commend him for surviving Voldemort.

# What part of Hogwarts does your character spend the most time in?
Quidditch field is one of the places. Otherwise she's either in the library or outside and enjoying the fresh air.

# Can your character see Thestrals?
Nope.

# What would your character see in the Mirror of Erised?
Herself with both her parents. She's always wished that her Dad was alive and with them.

# What’s your character’s detention record?
She's actually a pretty good girl, but she's had a couple of detentions. Mostly during her third year. She had a bratty period then.

# Has your character ever done something to lose points for their house? What was the largest amount of points that they lost and how did they lose them?
Oh, where do I begin... Of course, they were mostly in self-defense or defending someone else. You see... These Slytherin boys like to piss her off... Need I say more? The largest amount is probably 100 points or so.

# If your character became an Animagus, what animal would they turn into?
Either a cat or a swan.

# What do you think your character’s future career in the Wizarding World would be?
Maybe a quidditch professional or a teacher at Hogwarts.
