OTT: We Put the Fan in 'Fanboy Foam'

~This Week's Topic~
So we already know you lot like Hetalia, yeah? And probably not just a passing interest since you prooobably wouldn't be here if it was. But as we all know, there is life (aka other fandoms) outside of Hetalia, and since no one expected you stay monogamous, what other fandom obsessions have you gotten into recently or have returned to?

For me, since I'm oh-so-predictable and start foaming at the mouth whenever a new film/television program/book of Sherlock Holmes comes out, I was positively over the moon when I heard about a modern AU remake (via recommendation of Zoeey), creatively titled Sherlock.
You might think that taking a Victorian tale and updating it would be a little difficult and have the occasional moment of dissonance, but the modern spin is put is integrated in an almost effortless fashion and meshes a lot better than you might think. And really, the idea of Holmes being a serial texter and Watson having a blog is never not amusing.
The acting, writing and cinematography are all top-notch (lukewarm 2nd episode plot aside) and had me going starry-eyed like a preteen girl at a midnight Twilight showing throughout most of it. Also, the actor who plays Sherlock has the best name ever. /ttly important
