Hey James,
it starts with the driver being quite surprised over this unusual situation, wondering, seemingly to himself, how is he to proceed; gentlemen in the car give contradicting advices, first suggesting him to move forward, then strongly insisting on falling back. The driver complains about poor visibility and shares an observation that a part of his car has just fell off. The intrepid travellers question their rationale for starting their journey, and then go silent, as if immersed in reflection over the mysterious Russian soul.
Due to the vivid and expressive vocabulary chosen by the party, there's not a single phrase in the whole dialogue that would be suitable for good children.
